The Sabanci University Sakip Sabanci Museum will offer free admission on May 21st in honor of “Museum Week,” held between May 18th and 24th.
The exhibition held at the museum until the 1st of June, “Istanbul, Isfahan, Delhi Three Capitals of Islamic Art Masterpieces from the Louvre Collection,” can be visited free of admission fee between 10:00 and 22:00 on May 21st.
The exhibition, sponsored by Türk Telekom, consists of 218 works, examples of Ottoman, Iranian-Safavid and Indian-Mughal art in the Islamic Art Collection of the Louvre Museum.
“Museum Week” is celebrated annually between the May 18th and 24th since 1982.
